   第三屆高雄城市書展於2024年11月展開，喜迎總館十年，歡慶高雄設市百年，一路以來，我們探索閱讀的可能，不僅首創圖書館與書店共構的閱讀場域，更以在地／國際的內容策展打造「高雄式」的閱讀風格，提供多樣的體驗，帶領讀者熟稔高雄、閱讀世界。我們期許以總館做為城市閱讀基地，串聯分館及書店，讓想像遍地開花，以閱讀與城市共榮。

   文字跟生活是立體的連結，感官與思維所接觸之物事，皆指引我們不同的閱讀途徑。與不同領域對話延伸出的互動體驗，形成文字讀取的多重樣態，讓閱讀的想像躍然於紙本之外。因此，本屆高雄城市書展不只結合每個世代都擁有的漫畫魂、日新月異的科技AI、以聲音穿透文字的讀劇，更跨國邀請日本療癒系作家、韓國知識型漫畫家，以及多位跨領域創作者，也將推出多場精彩有趣的閱讀活動——如在城市漫遊的地圖集章冊、進行藝文體驗的草地市集、聚集多樣貌書店的港灣書展等等，讓每位參與者不僅閱讀書本，也更深刻地閱讀這座城市的變遷與成長。

   「Now Loading」文字的輸入、字句的對話，專屬這座城市的精彩篇章，11月9日至24日，連續三個周末，邀請您一同自在閱讀，讓字在生活持續讀取中，啟發人與城市的各種可能，並持續下載更新。

2024 Kaohsiung Book Exhibition
Now Loading

    The third edition of the Kaohsiung Book Exhibition will take place in November 2024. As we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Main Library and the 100th anniversary of Kaohsiung City, we continue to explore many different aspects of reading. For instance, we pioneered the first reading space co-shared by a public library and a bookstore. This year's exhibition will feature works from Taiwan and overseas as we establish a reading environment unique to Kaohsiung. The Kaohsiung Public Library will continue to offer a variety of experience activities to allow visitors to learn more about the city and the world we live in. We hope the KPL Main Library will serve as an urban reading base that connects various branch libraries and bookstores in the city and lets our imagination take flight.

    This year’s Kaohsiung Book Exhibition will feature comic books from different generations, a demonstration of the rapidly changing AI technology, and a readers' theater. A Japanese writer, Korean comic artist, and cross-domain creators are invited to the exhibition. There will be many exciting and fun reading activities, such as a collection of stamps from different libraries, artistic and cultural bazaars, book fairs, etc. In addition to reading, participants will witness this beautiful city's transformation and growth. For three straight weeks from November 9 to 24, come to the Kaohsiung Book Exhibition and discover endless possibilities that inspire humanity and a city.

桃園人，東華大學創英所畢業。「逗點文創結社」總編輯、「獨立出版聯盟」理事長，Podcast《閱讀夏LaLa》主持人（與夏宇童共同主持）。

  策展想法與期許：
非常榮幸，能夠參與2024高雄城市書展的規劃。身為顧問能做的，是協助高市圖團隊發現自身優點、加以放大，同時協助大家盤點資源，加以運用發揮。期待高雄城市書展繼續蓬勃發展，幫讀者找到最有趣舒適的閱讀姿態，字在讀取中。

屏東長大，在高雄生活超過20年，工作經歷幾乎都在書店業，目前擔任三餘書店負責人，致力推廣閱讀與獨立書店文化。

  策展想法與期許：
高雄城市書展已歷經三年，在地影響力逐年增加，將高市圖在各地所付出的經驗與努力，經書展裡的各種型態活動，呈現出來讓民眾體驗參與，這已經成為高雄重要的文化指標。

也期許高雄城市書展能成為出版書業夥伴們，南下交流的重要平台，來到高雄、認識高雄、喜愛高雄，鼓勵將來有更多文化創意人才到此互動，形成文化靈感的集散地。
